Ivette Nersesyan-Stephanopoulos has been appointed as the new director of high jewelry for the Americas at Tiffany & Co. With a distinguished career in the luxury jewelry industry, she brings valuable experience from her time at De Beers and David Yurman.
In a post on LinkedIn, Nersesyan-Stephanopoulos shared her excitement about the role. She expressed her pride in joining Tiffany & Co., stating, “I am honored to contribute to this storied brand’s high jewelry category and collaborate with an extraordinary team dedicated to redefining timeless luxury.”
Before her appointment at Tiffany & Co., Nersesyan-Stephanopoulos served as vice president of code of origin services for De Beers North America from 2022 to 2024. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing the company’s commitment to ethical sourcing and transparency in the diamond industry.
Earlier in her career, Nersesyan-Stephanopoulos held senior positions at both GIA and David Yurman. As senior director of global business development at GIA, she played a key role in expanding the organization’s influence in the gem and jewelry sector. Additionally, she served as the director of wedding and high jewelry at David Yurman, where she helped elevate the brand’s luxury offerings.
Nersesyan-Stephanopoulos’ extensive experience and leadership in the high jewelry industry are expected to play a significant role in Tiffany & Co.’s continued growth and innovation in the Americas.
