The global diamond and jewellery community gathered for the 2025 Diamonds Do Good Awards, celebrating individuals and organisations making meaningful contributions beyond business success. The event honoured four industry leaders whose work reflects a commitment to innovation, community, and responsible practices.
Claudia Cividino, President of Jared, received the Retail Leadership and Innovation Award for her transformative leadership. Under her guidance, Jared Jewelers has embraced fresh ideas, introduced new brands, and focused on enhancing the customer experience at every level.
Shri Govind Dholakia, Founder and Chairman of Shree Ramkrishna Exports Pvt, was honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award. Starting his journey in Dudhala, Gujarat in 1964, Dholakia played a key role in building SRK into one of the world’s top natural diamond companies. He is known for his unwavering commitment to trust, ethics, and transparency.
Family-owned jewellery retailer Sissy’s Log Cabin was presented with the Community Impact Award. Founded in 1970, the company has shown how strong community engagement can go hand-in-hand with success in the jewellery business.
Tanishq, a leading Indian jewellery brand, received the Purpose Driven Business Leadership Award. The brand was recognised for its ethical business practices and impactful community programs. Tanishq supports local artisans, preserves traditional techniques, and uses responsibly sourced gold and diamonds. As the brand expands into the U.S. market, it continues to set high standards for responsible leadership in the global jewellery sector.
The Diamonds Do Good organisation, founded in 2007 and inspired by Nelson Mandela, promotes the positive impact of natural diamonds on communities around the world. The charity works to raise funds and awareness for the people living and working in diamond-producing regions.
Diamonds Do Good believes that “every diamond has a story — a story of transformation, empowerment, and hope.”
