Warren James, a well-known national jewellery retailer, has opened a new store in Worthing, marking an expansion of its presence in the UK.
The retailer has signed a lease for a 2,166 sq ft unit at 74 Montague Street. The deal was facilitated by SHW, acting on behalf of a private investor landlord.
The new store occupies both the ground and first floors, with the retail space on the ground level open for trading.
Founded in 1979, Warren James now operates over 200 stores nationwide.
The store is located in a prime position on the pedestrianized section of Montague Street, near other well-known retailers such as Sports Direct, O2, New Look, and Marks & Spencer.
Duncan Marsh, partner at SHW, commented, “We are pleased to have secured another lease for this national retailer, which has now opened in Montague Street, enhancing the retail offerings in Worthing.”
