Wanderlust + Co, a well-known online jewelry brand, has opened its first-ever physical store in the United States, located in New York City’s West Village.
The brand, celebrated for its modern designs inspired by celestial themes and positive affirmations, has attracted a large following, including celebrities like Gigi Hadid and Chrissy Teigen. Wanderlust + Co was founded by Jenn Low, who developed a passion for jewelry at an early age.
“I’ve always been drawn to the little details that make something special,” Low explained. “As a child, I loved collecting trinkets and charms, fascinated by how a simple piece could hold meaning and tell a story.”
While working in the fashion industry in Australia, Low noticed a gap in jewelry, particularly in terms of size inclusivity.
“Unlike clothing, which often has fit and size limitations, jewelry is universal. A beautiful necklace, a meaningful charm, or a pair of statement earrings can belong to anyone, regardless of shape or style. That inclusivity really resonated with me,” she said. “I wanted to create pieces that empower people to express themselves freely, without worrying about whether something ‘fits.’”
Low also saw a lack of an Asia-based, female-founded, digital-first jewelry brand focused on both design and community. This motivated her to launch Wanderlust + Co, a brand dedicated to creating jewelry that is personal, intuitive, and accessible, while building a space for jewelry lovers to connect over trends, styling, and the joy of wearing something that makes them feel good.
The brand quickly gained recognition in the industry due to its commitment to intentionality and impact. Low shared with amNewYork that it was important for the brand’s pieces to not only bring joy but also reflect the company’s core values of kindness, creativity, and consciousness.
Each piece of jewelry is crafted in small batches with BSCI-certified partners, ensuring that the jewelry is not only safe for wear but also environmentally friendly.
