A new permanent jewelry studio is set to open in the North Loop, offering customers a more stable location to experience a growing trend in customized, long-lasting accessories.
Leanne Kampfe, the founder of All That Glitters, has been operating her business through pop-up events and markets for the past six months. But starting June 2, she will have a dedicated space inside Aesthetic Repository—a medspa located in the lower level of Riverwalk Lofts at 400 North 1st Street.
“I fell in love with everything about it,” Kampfe said of the new location. “Not just the space itself, but also the neighborhood. I love the city, and I love when it’s walkable. The energy in the area is really great.”
Permanent jewelry has gained popularity in recent years, particularly among close friends and family members who want to celebrate meaningful relationships or moments. These pieces are designed to be worn all the time, without the need to remove them.
“It’s really just custom jewelry,” Kampfe explained. “You can choose the chain you like, combine different chains, turn them into bangles, and even add charms. Then we fit it to your exact size.”
Kampfe also offers clasps for those who prefer a more flexible option. “If someone doesn’t want to wear it 24/7, they don’t have to,” she said. “But the materials I use are non-tarnish, so you can wear it all the time—even in the shower—and not worry about damage.”
In addition to her role as a full-time educator, Kampfe has been steadily growing All That Glitters as a side business. While she plans to continue doing pop-up events throughout the summer, she will now also dedicate at least one evening per week to appointments at her new studio.
Customers can schedule appointments or check for updated studio hours through her website or by following her on Instagram and Facebook.
