Eiseman Jewels, a family-owned business with over six decades of heritage, has officially reopened its newly expanded and redesigned salon at NorthPark Center.
The updated store now includes nearly 6,000 square feet of combined luxury retail space. It connects Eiseman Jewels’ main salon to a new TUDOR boutique and a significantly larger Rolex showroom, creating an elevated shopping experience for fine jewelry and Swiss timepiece enthusiasts.
Richard D. Eiseman Jr., CEO of Eiseman Jewels, expressed his excitement about the relaunch.
“We are absolutely thrilled to welcome customers to the new Eiseman Jewels,” he said. “We partnered with the esteemed architecture and design firm Droese Raney to create a space that feels elegant, approachable, and contemporary. It highlights our diamond jewelry, features a dedicated Cartier Espace, and houses three private suites for personalized service.”
The grand reopening marks a major milestone for both Eiseman Jewels and NorthPark Center.
“This spectacular expansion is a wonderful way to begin NorthPark’s sixth decade,” said Nancy A. Nasher, president of NorthPark Development Company. “Eiseman Jewels is known worldwide for its exceptional collection of jewelry and timepieces, and now with these three interconnected spaces, they can enhance their luxury service even further.”
The new TUDOR boutique, the first of its kind in Dallas, features a modern industrial design. It combines concrete, clean lines, and the brand’s signature colors—black, white, red, and grey. It offers a wide range of men’s and women’s timepieces, including classic designs, dive watches, and boutique-exclusive models.
Next door, the Rolex showroom reflects the brand’s legacy and craftsmanship. Carefully placed lighting highlights each piece, while premium materials—including a green aqua wall and travertine floors—emphasize Rolex’s refined aesthetic. Textured finishes and luxurious surfaces help express the brand’s identity.
Inside the Eiseman salon, the design focuses on comfort and visual appeal. Materials like champagne-toned metal and cerused oak bring warmth to the space. Jewelry and timepieces are displayed in custom-built cases by award-winning firm Gilbert. Floating cases allow jewelry collections to be presented in curated vignettes, highlighting designer brands such as Lika Behar, Pomellato, Single Stone, and Temple St Clair, along with exclusive Eiseman designs.
The salon also showcases the Eiseman Diamond Collection, the Estate Collection, and a wide range of luxury timepieces from Jaeger-LeCoultre, Ulysse Nardin, Louis Moinet, L’Epee 1839, and Parmigiani Fleurier. Clients can also explore Rolex Certified Pre-Owned models and the Eiseman Exceptional pre-owned collection.
Eiseman Jewels credits its continued success to its dedicated team. The company has expanded its staff with new talent while retaining its experienced associates. Together, they aim to deliver the highest level of service in the updated space.
